Welcome to Cracking the Code with Becka

You’ve found a place where truth is uncovered, hope is restored, and families are empowered to fight back.

The system thrives on confusion, secrecy, and silence — but here, we break it all wide open. Cracking the Code with Becka is dedicated to exposing CPS and court corruption, revealing the hidden mechanics that keep families trapped, and equipping parents with real strategies to reclaim their rights and bring their children home.

Whether you are a parent in the middle of the fight, a survivor of injustice, or an ally who refuses to stand by while families are torn apart, you belong here. Together, we’re building a movement grounded in truth, courage, faith, and the unshakable belief that families are worth fighting for.

You are not powerless. You are not alone. And you are not done.

My Personal Journey

My journey starts in late 2020 when CPS arrived at my door for a report received about not having any water. Not because I didn't pay the bill but because my father whom had just suffered a massive heart attack was a disabled homeowner whom couldn't afford to pay someone $4000 dollars to come out and fix his well issue so it was instead left up to me to fix for way cheaper. It then turned into a

Decoding the System

Cracking the code of just how CPS and government officials are able to steal your children. We don't just report the news — we decode the system. Most sources talk about what happened; we break down why it happened, what rules or laws were ignored, and how families can fight back.

A Unique and Insightful Approach

Empowering Families

My approach to discussing CPS and court corruption is different because I don’t just report the news — I decode the system. Most sources talk about what happened; I break down why it happened, what rules or laws were ignored, and how families can fight back.

1. Personal + Professional Perspective
I’ve lived this battle as a parent, and I also study it like a legal researcher and investigator. That means I can speak both the language of the courtroom and the language of the families who feel silenced.

2. Exposing Hidden Mechanics
I don’t stop at surface-level headlines. I pull apart the fine print — the statutes, the case law, the agency MOUs — to show the real machinery of how CPS operates. Where others see “policy,” I show the financial incentives, the backroom deals, and the constitutional violations.

3. Hope-Driven, Not Fear-Driven
Many people who talk about CPS leave families feeling powerless. My mission is the opposite. I expose corruption, yes, but I also show that there are remedies, strategies, and lawful ways to push back. Every episode carries the message: there is hope, there is a way forward, and you are not alone.

4. Faith & Constitutional Grounding
I anchor everything in God’s law, the U.S. Constitution, and common law principles. This isn’t just about broken courts — it’s about restoring justice as the Founders intended and protecting families as God designed.

5. Action-Oriented
I don’t just raise awareness — I give parents the tools, templates, and strategies they can take to their own cases. My goal is not just to inform but to equip and empower.

Who Should Tune In?

1. Parents & Families Caught in the CPS System
My primary audience is mothers, fathers, and grandparents who are currently fighting CPS or court battles. These listeners are often overwhelmed, misled, or silenced, and they’re desperate for clear information, encouragement, and real strategies to bring their children home.

2. Survivors of CPS & Court Injustice
Another part of the audience includes those who’ve already been through the system and want to understand what happened to them — so they can heal, advocate, or help others avoid the same fate.

3. Advocates & Grassroots Organizers
Parent advocates, family rights activists, and community leaders who are working to expose CPS corruption find value in the legal insights, case breakdowns, and systemic analysis I bring to each episode.

4. Legal & Social Work Professionals with Integrity
Not everyone inside the system is corrupt. Some social workers, attorneys, or even judges quietly seek truth and reform. “Cracking the Code” speaks to them too, by shining light on broken practices while pointing toward ethical alternatives.

5. Everyday Americans Who Care About Freedom & Justice
Finally, this podcast is also for citizens who may not be directly touched by CPS but who care about constitutional rights, family integrity, and holding government accountable. Because if it can happen to one family, it can happen to anyone.

Making a Difference

1. Empower Families in Crisis
The most important impact is giving parents the courage and knowledge to stand up for their children. I want every listener who feels hopeless to walk away with a sense that “I can fight this, I am not powerless, and there is a lawful way forward.”

2. Expose Hidden Corruption
I want to shine a spotlight on the tactics courts and CPS use to silence parents and profit from family separation. By breaking down real cases, policies, and laws, I aim to strip away the secrecy that keeps families confused and isolated.

3. Create a Community of Resistance & Support
Beyond information, I hope to build a network where families know they’re not alone. Listeners should feel they’re part of a movement — parents, advocates, and allies standing together to protect children and defend constitutional rights.

4. Influence Systemic Change
I want this podcast to spark conversations that move beyond individual cases. By educating citizens, professionals, and lawmakers, “Cracking the Code” can help push for reforms that restore due process, hold CPS accountable, and return the balance of power back to families.

5. Inspire Hope & Faith
At its heart, this podcast is about more than legal battles — it’s about restoring faith, hope, and purpose in people who feel broken. If I can help a parent believe again that their child will come home, then I’ve made the impact that matters most.
